Will you make this decision to repent today and live, from this day forward, for God?

If you decide "Yes," believing that you have broken God's Law and that you deserve hell, and you believe that Jesus Christ died for you and rose again on the third day, and that from now on you will live in obedience to God, then find a Christian or a church and tell them that you desire to be baptized in obedience to Scripture:

Acts 2:37-38
When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, "Brothers, what shall we do?" Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

(Please note that baptism does not save you, but it is the first step of obedience for a believer in Christ Jesus.)
